Shipping/Return Policy

Shipping and Handling:

All tights purchases are made to order, but will normally be ready to ship in 1 to 5 days. Most items will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with an estimated delivery time of 1-3 business days from the date of shipment. If you need your order rushed, then please make a note in the comment section of the online order form as to the date needed, or contact us by email: sales@saddlebums.com or phone 800-260-7072.

International shipping by 1st Class USPS Mail cannot be tracked or insured, so we will not be responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

RETURNS:

Garments that have been customized are not eligible for a return or exchange. "Free Customizations" include; shortening, lengthening, changing the waist position, and certain color combinations. "Extra Add-on Customizations" include; a cargo pocket, double seat pad or sticky buns.

We want our customers to be 100% satisfied and strongly suggest that you call us for help before ordering anything that needs customization or if you are unsure about your size. We will always work with you to try and fix any problem. Items that are not customized in any way may be returned within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, store credit or refund. Please contact our customer service number 800-260-7072 before shipping anything back. For orders that we have authorized to be returned after 30 days, we will give you a store credit less your original shipping costs and a 15% re-stocking fee. All returned or exchanged items MUST be in unused condition and with all original tags. Any item that has been used, or is missing tags will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.

When shipping a return to us, you are strongly advised to insure your shipment and obtain a tracking number. We cannot provide a refund or exchange if your package is not received.
